Sandra (Sandi) Miles' background
includes 12 years as an underwriter for
United American Insurance. When the
company relocated she returned to
school and earned degrees in Early
Education K-4th and Child Development
as well as Certification in Deaf Studies
and Certification to teach EASL/EAFL,
including supplements for early childhood
and business English.

The years following her employment in
insurance, Sandi has spent her time as
the general manager of a retail business,
site coordinator for a non-profit providing
after school care to at risk children. She
also developed and teaches a sign
language program for hearing children.

Mother of two and Nana to six.

Douglas (Doug) Henry's
background includes 10 years in
telecommunications followed by life
long entrepreneurism. After forming
CSC, a services telecommunications
consulting firm in 1987. In 1993 the
company expanded as a sales
training, marketing and business
consulting company.

Ventures include travel to and the
importation of products from Costa
Rica. The purchase and operation of
a night club and restaurant. Building
a small indie record label. Current
focus includes introducing fellow
"Boomers" to personal and business
opportunities in Costa Rica.
